In my reading this morning…
From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked” (Luke 12:48)
Which means, we are held responsible for what we have. If we are blessed with talents, wealth, knowledge, time, and the like, it is expected that we use them to glorify God and benefit others. We have been entrusted with certain things, and faithfulness requires that we manage those things wisely… and unselfishly.
How are you managing what God has entrusted you with? Are you a good steward = responsible planning and managing of your resources?
How are you managing your finances?
How are you managing your relationships…with boyfriend, girlfriend, parents, children, friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc.?
Are you responsible in the position you have been given? As a manager, as an administrator, as a parent, as an employee, as a servant of the Lord?
This scripture is not just for those who are wealthy and have the means to give and help, but it is for YOU. If you woke up this morning, got out of bed, got dressed, ate a lil breakfast….you have something to give. You’ve been entrusted with something to help the Kingdom of God. Do you know what it is? Have you positioned yourself before God so He can use you?
How many are choosing NOT to be used by God?
You still have time. Monday…. new day to make positive change!
I encourage you…I’m here for you….I pray for you!
